Okay, so you can probably tell that I am itching to go on vacation – just plop me down on a beach with a resort so that I can walk along the beach, never make my bed, eat at hotel restaurants and go dancing at night. Yep, a vacation. Not traveling but a vacation. I really really want that. So today we are going to a well-known vacation destination. I know, I know. Some of you may be grimacing at the thought but I just want that right now. So we are going to Puerto Vallarta today.
Located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast in the Bay of Banderas (Bahia de Banderas) this resort town has been popular with tourists since the 1960s. A tropical climate, beaches and numerous water sports had this location on top lists of places to relax in the sunshine.
