I love movies. Main stream, indie and documentaries, I love ’em all. I enjoy going to the movies and watching the award show of award shows. So in honour of the 85th Academy Awards (which is airing today) today’s spot is Hollywood!
The original “Hollywoodland” sign, erected in 1923, was an advertisement for a new housing development. Initially intended to last for only 18 months, this sign (without the “land”) has become synonymous with American movies, celebrity and the red carpet.
