Back in March I showcased a few of the world’s deserts. Now it is time to see the splendour of some of the world’s bodies of water. The world being comprised of mainly water makes the choices incredible – I hope you enjoy the lineup.
Venezuela lays claim to the world’s tallest waterfall. Found deep within Canaima National Park and standing at 979 m/3212 ft with a plunge of 807m/2647 ft is Angel Falls. The easiest way to see the falls is with a two or three day tour. To see the falls at their best, a visit during the wet season (June – October) is recommended. The dry season has less water flow.
